I went with meetava mostly because the price seemed fair, it’s been worth it so far. No random extra fees or sketchy costs popping up, and it does what I need it to do. Happy with it, not gonna lie.

"Pretty straightforward, support was just a little slow"
I had a good experience with meetava.com overall. It’s clear about what it does, and it didn’t feel like there were a bunch of hidden surprises, which I appreciate. Common sense still applies, of course, but I felt comfortable using it. The only downside was that support took a little while to get back to me one time. Not a huge deal, but enough for me to give it 4 stars.

I reached out thinking, okay, this might take a while... but nope, they replied really quickly and helped me sort things out fast. i was relieved.

"Cancelling was a pain and I still got billed"
I tried out meetava.com and thought I had cancelled before the next charge hit, but nope, I still got billed. The cancellation page was kind of messy and not super obvious, like I wasn’t totally sure if I had actually finished it or not. Support did get back to me eventually, but it took a bit, and I had to explain the whole thing twice, which was frustrating. The site itself is fine, I guess, but the billing/cancel setup left a bad taste and I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Pretty easy to use, even for someone loyal elsewhere"
I usually stick with another brand I’ve used for years, so I wasn’t sure I’d actually book here. But the site was easy to get around and the whole booking only took a few minutes. One page did load a little slow for me, but overall it was smoother than I expected.

"Easy setup, just caught at a bad time"
Getting set up was straightforward overall. The onboarding itself was fine, but it did move a little slower than I expected. i think it was mostly bad timing on my part and I probably started when things were busier than usual.
